Security at 85 Broad Street is comprised of 24/7 security guard coverage, an access control provided by AES, and web-based recorded camera system in the base building areas. All lobby desk guards are certified fire safety directors, trained to address any and all emergencies. Our guards also monitor the plaza area. Access control is maintained at the loading dock by guards posted during operating hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
