Upon moving in, each tenant will be provided with an appropriate number of keys matching our keyway and IDs can be requested via the service request system. ID cards are produced in the property office between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday & Wednesday, or by appointment if needed. A work order needs to be issued in advance via the building's service request system.
New Hire Process
On a new employee's first day of work at 85 Broad Street, please follow the Visitor Registration process outlined in these guidelines. Until a permanent ID keycard is obtained, new employees will be required to register as visitors.

New employees must bring a government issued picture ID at the time their photo is taken. IDs are issued immediately between the hours of 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday & Wednesday.

Reporting & Replacement of a Lost ID
Please notify the Management Office immediately of lost keycards by sending an email to Sharon Smith, at Sharon.Smith@hines.com. The keycard will be cancelled and a replacement will be issued. It is not necessary to have a new photo taken, but each request must be requested via our service request system. There is a $25 charge for all replacement cards, which is billed on your monthly rent statement.
