All food deliveries for employee meals will be directed to the security desk. Any employee awaiting an order will be called via telephone from the desk to inform him or her of the arrival of their order, and the employee will go to the desk to pick up the delivery.
All catered food deliveries that will require the freight elevator will be directed to the loading dock. The freight elevator operator will escort the catering employee to and from the tenant space.
Large Deliveries and Extended Moves - Large moves and extended deliveries must be scheduled for after 6:00 p.m. weekdays or on weekends. All freight deliveries enter the building at the South Williams Street loading dock entrance. Please use the building's service request system, to reserve the freight elevator. Service charges may apply.
General Deliveries - General pickups and deliveries can be made Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This includes general office supplies delivery, Federal Express, UPS and the like.
Mail Delivery - The U.S. Postal Service delivers incoming mail Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) directly to tenants at 85 Broad Street. The Post Office in this area is located at 1 Whitehall Street, New York, NY 10004-9992 and may be contacted at (212) 330-5151. All outgoing mail is collected daily, Monday through Friday, at approximately 2:00 p.m. Service on Saturdays can be arranged by providing a written request to the Post Office. Please note no collections are made on Sundays or holidays.
