Upon move-in, each tenant will be required to complete a Tenant Contact Information Sheet that includes contacts for day-to-day and emergency correspondence, after-hours access, signatories for service requests and property removal passes, key control authorities, and persons responsible for lease payments. Completed forms and attached signature pages must be returned to the Management Office. It is important to update the contact sheets as changes are made and to send any updates to the Management Office. On an annual basis, all tenants will be asked to review and update their forms.
